Welcome to Tuukri Autokeskus. These terms and conditions regulate the car repair and maintenance services provided by Tuukri Autokeskus OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider).
1. Ordering and Booking
Services are provided based on prior booking made via phone, email, or our online form. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Performance of Work and Additional Services
3. Payment
The client undertakes to pay for the performed work and spare parts according to the invoice provided after the completion of the work. The vehicle will be released to the client after the invoice has been paid, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Warranty
Tuukri Autokeskus provides a warranty for performed work and installed spare parts in accordance with applicable laws and manufacturer conditions. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or spare parts provided by the client.
5. Liability
The Service Provider is responsible for the preservation of the vehicle while it is in repair. The Service Provider is not responsible for valuable items left in the car that are not directly related to the vehicle's equipment.
Important Information!
Please pick up your vehicle at the agreed time. If the vehicle is not collected within 3 business days after completion of the work, the car service center has the right to apply a parking fee according to the current price list.
